I have about 2,100 weeks left before I turn 80. That's just 2,100 weekends for me to make a mark on this planet and change the world for the better. Unlocking human potential and helping everyone realise their maximum potential is the long term dream.
Career
20+ years building brands, scaling businesses, and figuring out what makes people tick — across FMCG, beauty, digital commerce, and fintech in India and APAC. From brand management at P&G, to marketing at Google (YouTube), to CMO at Myntra, CGO at Upstox, and now leading the Digital and Marketing teams at HDFC AMC. IIM Lucknow alumnus.
Three things I care about
Artificial Intelligence
We are at a civilisational threshold. I spend a lot of time understanding, building with, and thinking about AI — LLMs, multi-modal systems, agentic architectures, and what all of it means for how we work and create. Technology amplifies, but wisdom guides.
Human Wisdom
Vedanta, Stoicism, the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali — I'm drawn to timeless truths about what makes humans flourish. Leadership, personal development, purpose, meaning. Not productivity hacks, but conscious creation and conscious consumption.
Art & Beauty
When you find and create beauty in something you do, it is fulfilling to the soul. I care about design, writing, photography, music, cinema — and the craft behind all of it. Neil Gaiman said it best: Make Good Art.
