Word can be used as a replacement for ‘blooper’, ‘boo-boo’, ’shit-creek’ or even ‘mammoth screw-up’.

also refers to the situation when while your screen is being projected and shared ( and discussed by others in the meeting room) you get a bit too bored for your own good and begin stumbling online - and hence projecting a flurry of images on the big screen.
